Organic essential oil of eucalyptus
An antiseptic essential oil for cold and cough.
Suitable for adults and small children over 6 years old. For children, half of the dose.
This essential oil is good for a blocked nose, cough and sinus infections. Helps to remove phlegm when used in steam breathing. Can reduce fevers and boost circulation and mental well-being. Eases achy muscles and clears the mind. An antiseptic oil, that freshens and clears the air, kills viruses and bacteria. A popular sauna scent. NOT FOR INTERNAL USE.
* Cautions: Not to be used undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and broken skin. Not to be used internally. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Stores best in cool temperatures away from direct sunlight.

Eucalyptus was once used by ancient people to cover scrapes, bruises and serious wounds. Originally found in Australia, the eucalyptus essential oil is extracted via steam distillation from the leaves and young twigs of this extremely tall, hardwood tree. Eucalyptus essential oil has vast and wide-ranging uses, including as a cure-all for respiratory and fungal infections among many others.

Aroma: Strong aromatic, camphoraceous.

How to use: Dilute in a base oil to apply onto skin, for steam breathing, in baths, aroma lamps and diffusers. A few drops can be applied on the corner of a pillow to help unblock a blocked nose.
How to Use Essential Oils?
Massage: Dosage for adult body massage, 5-8 drops per 30ml carrier oil (eg. sesame, sunflower, almond, coconut oil..). For children use half of the dosage. (Note that all of the essential oils are not suitable for children.)
In aromatherapy massage essential oils are mixed with carrier oils such as sesame or sunflower oil. Each essential oil has its own effect, they can be relaxing, invigorating, mood uplifting etc. Essential oils are chosen by their effects.
Bath: Dosage for adults 6-10 drops per bath tub. For children use half of the dosage.(Note that all of the essential oils are not suitable for children.)
Bath with essential oils is a great way to utilize aromatherapy. Warm water enhances the absorption of the active components while the bath itself relaxes.
To help the essential oils mix with water, mix them first with a small amount of shower gel, shampoo or cream and then add to bath water. Add essential oils only after the bath is full, to prevent excess evaporation.
Diffuser: Essential oils have effect on emotions especially through their scents. With essential oils one can relieve tension, depression, anger and other negative feelings and also increase good mood and happiness.
Fill up the diffuser with water and add 5-10 drops of essential oil depending on the size of the room and on the strength of the oil chosen.
Sauna scent: 2-3 drops per 500ml water.
Laundry: Get fresh scent to your laundry by adding a few drops of essential oil. Mix the oil with water, vinegar or unscented softener and add to the fabric softener dispenser tray in your washing machine. You can also use essential oils with soap nuts. Add a few drops in the soap nut bag.
Essential oils and pregnancy: Use only mild oils like orange, mandarin, sandalwood, lemon or grapefruit. Use only half of the adults dosage. The limitations are not valid in scent use (eg.diffuser).
